A wonderful project working with a major Upper Hunter winery to transform it from a functional shed into a public attraction. This involved forming a new restaurant, wine tasting area, cafe and associated kitchens and amenity areas as well as a huge new area of landscaped terraces and lawn for public events. All structure and much of the visual elements were formed from enormous timbers reclaimed from an old road bridge, old wine casks and timber barrel racks. JB Architects designed, procured and managed the construction from start to finish.
The Arrowfield Winery is now part of The Hollydene Estate:- http://hollydeneestate.com/
