A derelict grade 2 listed house in Finsbury was fully refurbished to a high specification and extended to the tune of £1M creating 4x new flats including two major contemporary extensions. The traditional form of building contact was used very successfully with Philiam Construction.

James Barnett was the designer, project architect and contract manager in conjunction with Fereday Pollard Architects. JB Architects continues to work with the client: The Lloyd-Baker Estate.
